• To answer your questions. Your instructor can read conversations to reply to you and improve the answers.

Who processes it

• Anthropic provides the AI model and receives the text of your questions and conversation, but not your name or email address from us.
• Voyage AI processes question text for search.
• Brevo sends our emails, so it receives your email address.
• Cloudflare and our hosting provider carry and host the service.
• ThriveCart tells us about your purchase.

Please don't put confidential information from an employer or client in your questions.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and conversations while you have access and for up to 24 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must keep certain records by law.

Your rights
